Brainberyl tracks fees — plans, invoices, payments received and dues outstanding. You record payments as they come in through your usual method.
Can it send fee reminders?
Pending-fee reminders can be sent to parents by email through Brainberyl's reminder integration. Brainberyl doesn't chase payments by phone for you.
Can I set different fees for different batches?
Yes. Create fee plans and templates, and assign them to batches or individual students.
What if I import the wrong fee file?
Imports can be undone, so a mistaken upload doesn't leave you cleaning up records by hand.
