Cancellation & Refund Policy

Brainberyl offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, and Elite) that unlock higher student and teacher limits and additional features for your institute. Plans are purchased by the institute owner from the in-app Billing page and are processed securely through Razorpay.

• Each plan is billed as a single upfront payment for a 12-month subscription term.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) on the Billing page and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Your access continues until the end of the paid term, after which the plan must be renewed to retain paid features.

You may stop using Brainberyl or choose not to renew at any time. Because plans are prepaid for a fixed term, cancelling does not end your current term early — your institute keeps access to the paid features until the term expires, and the plan then reverts to the free tier unless renewed.

Payments for subscription plans are generally non-refundable, including for partially used terms. This is consistent with Section 5 of our Terms of Service.

We may, at our discretion, issue a refund in cases such as an accidental duplicate charge, a technical error on our side, or where a refund is required under applicable law. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of approval.

If a payment is deducted from your account but your subscription does not activate, or if you are charged more than once for the same order, please contact us with your payment reference. We will verify the transaction and either activate the correct plan or refund the erroneous charge.
